Double Panel Photo Poem Brian & Donna Bindon
A poem about old growth forests, and some striking photo-images by Donna Bindon of ancient cedars and sitka spruce to which to attach as an underscore or background for the poem which poses questions about humanity’s broken relationships with nature, and a plea for resumption of the ancient respect and honour for nature that we yet are capable of. I am retired and I don’t have an art business, but my past work includes freelance radio broadcasting with Park Radio in Banff, and I am working on a book with a co-author retired warden on the spiritual potency of the wild to help heal our world.

North Pacific Right Whale" 9x12 by Elena Markova @elenamarkelova_art
For every print purchased on my website, I donate $1 to One Tree Planted supporting global reforestation. Over the years I’ve been donating to different global and local wildlife associations and foundations, and it brings me joy to do small steps in making our world a better place. Thanks to my mom I realized that if you want to create something really thoughtful you should make it with love, and I put my heart into every piece that I paint. It’s my hope that you not only love my artwork, but my soul that lives within it.
Bud on this piece!
