Become a Friend of Pacific Wild

Friends of Pacific Wild are individuals, businesses, artists, expeditionists, makers, and generous donors funding specific campaigns and projects through donations to Pacific Wild. The majority are cash donations ranging from $100 to up to $4900, and some Friends donate in-kind services, products or company wide discounts. We even have elementary schoolers donating from bake sales and personal peer to peer fundraising challenges. However you wish to participate we are grateful - you play a key role in our work!

Friends have a profile page on this site and from time to time we do shout outs of various members on @friendsofpacificwild and are provided with the special 'Friends of Pacific Wild' logo to use.

Become a Partner

Partners commit to an annual donation of $5k or higher, and are an integral part of our campaigns and conservation work. We work under a 'mutual benefit' agreement and uplift each other's efforts to support meaningful conservation in British Columbia.

Partners are recognized separately on the Friends micro-site, with blog posts, social media reels, and inclusion on specific campaigns of importance to the business or individual.

Partners are provided with our main Pacific Wild logo, and we're always looking for funders for unique projects inside our organization, especially ones difficult to fund through our regular fundraising efforts and grants.

Getaway for Two, Ruby Lake Resort Sunshine Coast. @rubylakeresort

2 nights stay in a wood cabin or Safari tent (This depends on the availability and whether they have a pet or not) both accommodation types are roughly the same value. 1 x 3-course dinner for 2 people. 2-hour paddleboard or kayak rental (again depends on the preference of the people) Estimated value is $500.00. I am retired and I don’t have an art business, but my past work includes freelance radio broadcasting with Park Radio in Banff, and I am working on a book with a co-author retired warden on the spiritual potency of the wild to help heal our world.
